Why have we came up with this idea?
There are multiple controls on the edit report page.
By segregating them in different tabs will give you a flow.
Especially the second tab name "Add survey responses/scores" the control is not intutive. Now it gets its own tab.
The page becomes less crowded and you can focus parts you want to work.
"Advance Editor" button is moved up in the Report Details tab, rest all are located relatively on same page.
This will allow us to add more filters in "Add survey responses/scores" tab this improving report creation.
